Polycom is delivering telepresence to PC users within a Unified Communications experience. The standards-based application will raise the bar on PC video communications and drive broad adoption by allowing users to easily connect between desktop and mobile devices and to millions of telepresence video conferencing systems in use today.
Polycom Telepresence m100 is the perfect solution for the SMB. The software client is a very cost effective way for the small and medium businesses to enable their entire staff with video communications on their existing computers and using an inexpensive web cam. The software only client is specifically built for the Windows operating systems and can be installed by any knowledge worker with little or no specialised IT assistance. The simple install wizard walks the user through setup and configuration giving the option to register to organisational call processing engines or simply use internet dialing through an IP address.

Audio quality is maintained even at up to 60% packet loss – unheard of in the industry.
